101 Okey Canlı, yetişkin kullanıcılar için tasarlanmış ücretsiz bir sosyal masa oyunudur. 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcılar oyunu yalnızca veli veya vasi onayıyla kullanabilir; 13 yaşından küçükler oyunu kullanamaz.

Oyun içi çip, altın, elmas ve puanlar yalnızca sanal değerlerdir; gerçek para değeri taşımaz, gerçek paraya veya herhangi bir mal ya da hizmete çevrilemez, kullanıcılar arasında alınıp satılamaz. Oyunda gerçek para veya gerçek ödül kazanma imkânı yoktur. Oyun bir şans veya bahis oyunu değildir.

101 Okey Canlı oyunu arkadaşlarınla bağlantı kurman ve sana benzeyen insanlarla tanışman için eğlenceli bir yöntem. Topluluğumuz güven, adil oyun ve sportmenlik ilkelerine dayanıyor. Her şeyin eğlenceli ve adil olması için oyun kurallarımızı bilmen ve oyun sırasında bunlara uyman önem taşıyor:

• 101 Okey Canlı oyunu dostça bir rekabet ortamı sunmalıdır. Taciz, aşırı kaba ve hakaretamiz dil, tehdit veya diğer zarar verici sohbet ve etkileşime izin verilmez.
• Karaborsacılık yasaktır. Başka bir oyuncuya fiş veya puan satmak veya satmaya çalışmak ve başka bir oyuncudan fiş veya puan almak veya almaya çalışmak yasaktır.
• 101 Okey Canlı, platform kurallarını dilediği zaman ve dilediği şekilde önceden haber vermeksizin değiştirmeye yetkilidir.

101 Okey Canlı oyunu, oyuncuların bu kurallara uygun davranmadığına inanması durumunda oyuncuları yasaklayabilir ve/veya fişlerini ve puanlarını silebilir. Bir oyuncunun bu kuralları ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsan lütfen bizimle iletişim kurunuz.

Kural İhlalleri ve Yaptırımlar

Kullanıcı/Oyuncu, oyunda adil bir oyun ortamını korumayı taahhüt eder.

• Hile Tespiti: Diğer kullanıcı/oyunculara karşı haksız avantaj elde etmek amacıyla çeşitli yöntemler veya yazılımsal hileler kullanmak.
• Hakaret Edici veya İhlal Edici İçerik: Diğer oyuncu/kullanıcılara yönelik kaba, küfürlü, ayrımcı ya da rahatsız edici dil kullanımı. Taciz, tehdit ve ya diğer zarar verici etkileşimde bulunmak. Şiddeti destekleyen ya da yürürlükteki herhangi bir yasayı ya da yönetmeliği ihlal eden içerik veya içerik bağlantısı paylaşmak.
• Puan/Coin Alışverişi: Başka bir oyuncuya/kullanıcıya puan/coin satmak veya satmaya çalışmak, başka bir oyuncudan puan/coin almak ya da almaya çalışmak.

  • 101 Canlı Oyun ekibi, yönetimi ve müşteri hizmetleri temsilcileri dâhil fakat bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere bir başka kişiye ya da gruba karşı küfürlü veya rahatsız edici dil kullanmak.
  • 101 Canlı Oyun ekibi, yönetimi dâhil fakat bununla sınırlı olmamak üzere başka bir kişinin kimliğine bürünmek.

• Oyuncu/Kullanıcının oyun içi çip, altın, elmas, puan/coin ve diğer değerli eşyalarının sıfırlanması veya belirli bir oranda kesinti yapılması.
• Oyuncu/Kullanıcı hesabının geçici ya da kalıcı olarak bloke edilmesi.
• Oyuncu/Kullanıcının profil fotoğrafı ve kullanıcı adının kaldırılması.
• Oyuncu/Kullanıcının oyun içi mesaj gönderme özelliğinin geçici veya kalıcı olarak devre dışı bırakılması.
• Oyuncu/Kullanıcının VIP profil özelliğinin kaldırılması.

Age and Nature of the Game

101 Okey Canlı is a free social tile game intended for adult users. Users under 18 may play only with parental or guardian consent; users under 13 may not use the game.

In-game chips, gold, gems and points are virtual items only; they have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services, and cannot be traded between users. There is no opportunity to win real money or real prizes. The game is not a game of chance or betting.

Such fees are determined according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

101 Okey Canlı Community Rules

101 Okey Canlı is a fun way to connect with your friends and meet people like you. Our community is based on the principles of trust, fair play and sportsmanship. For everything to be fun and fair, it is important that you know our game rules and follow them while playing:

• 101 Okey Canlı must offer a friendly competitive environment. Harassment, excessively rude and insulting language, threats or other harmful chat and interaction are not allowed.
• Black-market trading is prohibited. Selling or attempting to sell chips or points to another player, and buying or attempting to buy chips or points from another player, are prohibited.
• 101 Okey Canlı is entitled to change the platform rules at any time and in any way without prior notice.
• Only real people may play. Bots are not allowed.
• Be yourself, only yourself. You must not attempt to steal other users' account information or log in on behalf of another user. You may not use more than one account.
• Fair play means not cheating. Other software or methods must not be used to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• 101 Okey Canlı applies sanctions it deems appropriate, such as temporary/permanent removal from the game, deletion of game points, resetting of game points and similar, to users it believes have acted against the rules.

101 Okey Canlı may ban players and/or delete their chips and points if it believes that players are not acting in accordance with these rules. If you think a player has violated these rules, please contact us.

Rule Violations and Sanctions

The User/Player undertakes to maintain a fair gaming environment in the game.

1. The 101 Canlı game team and management reserve the right to apply sanctions to the user/player upon detection of the following violations:

Cheating: Using various methods or software cheats to gain an unfair advantage over other users/players.

Insulting or infringing content: Using rude, profane, discriminatory or disturbing language towards other players/users. Engaging in harassment, threats or other harmful interaction. Sharing content, or links to content, that promotes violence or violates any applicable law or regulation.

Point/coin trading: Selling or attempting to sell points/coins to another player/user, buying or attempting to buy points/coins from another player.

Account/profile trading: Offering accounts or virtual items for sale or transfer.

Other violations:

• Attempting to access another user's/player's account by unlawful means, stealing account information, logging in on behalf of another user.
• Using profile pictures belonging to other users.
• Creating or using more than one account.
• Using usernames and profile photos containing obscene, nude or 18+ content. Using discriminatory, insulting or disturbing usernames and profile photos.
• Using profile photos belonging to another person or usernames that misleadingly represent real persons.
• Engaging in other behaviour contrary to the general rules of the application.
• Engaging in behaviour aimed at collecting, misusing or disseminating another user's content, messages or non-public personal information.
• Engaging in behaviour aimed at publishing content, or links to content, containing harmful material including but not limited to viruses, malware or spyware.
• Using profane or disturbing language towards another person or group, including but not limited to the 101 Canlı game team, management and customer service representatives.
• Impersonating another person, including but not limited to the 101 Canlı game team and management.

2. Sanctions that may be applied for detected violations are:

• Resetting, or deducting a certain proportion of, the player's/user's in-game chips, gold, gems, points/coins and other valuable items.
• Temporary or permanent blocking of the player's/user's account.
• Removal of the player's/user's profile photo and username.
• Temporary or permanent disabling of the player's/user's in-game messaging feature.
• Removal of the player's/user's VIP profile feature.
• Initiation of legal proceedings against the player/user.

3. The 101 Canlı game team and management have the right to apply the above sanctions without prior notice to the user.

4. Sanctions applied for rule violations may affect the facilities the user/player has in the game. Even if the user/player has purchased these facilities with money, they may not request a refund after a sanction and may not make any claim.

5. The player/user declares that they have read and understood these rules and sanctions and undertakes to comply with the general terms of use of the application. The user accepts that these sanctions will be applied to ensure that the game continues in a healthy and fair manner.

6. As required by legal obligations, the necessary documents and information will be provided upon the requests of the relevant official authorities.
