1. Taraflar ve Kapsam
Bu Hizmet Koşulları, Kokteyl Bilgi Teknolojisi Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Kokteyl") tarafından sunulan 101 Okey Canlı - Online Yüzbir mobil oyununun ("Oyun") kullanımını düzenler. Oyunu indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası ile Topluluk Kurallarını (https://www.kokteyl.com/policies/ybo_policy.html) kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Oyunu kullanmayınız.
2. Yaş Şartı
Oyun yetişkin kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır. 18 yaşından küçükseniz Oyunu yalnızca veli veya vasinizin onayıyla kullanabilirsiniz. 13 yaşından küçükler Oyunu kullanamaz. App Store yaş sınıfı Oyunun içerik derecelendirmesini gösterir; bu madde hizmetin sunulduğu kitleyi belirler.
3. Oyunun Niteliği: Gerçek Para Yoktur
Oyun bir beceri ve sosyal eğlence oyunudur. Oyun içinde kullanılan çip, altın, elmas, puan ve benzeri birimler yalnızca oyun içi sanal değerlerdir; gerçek para değeri taşımaz, gerçek paraya veya herhangi bir mal ya da hizmete çevrilemez, kullanıcılar arasında devredilemez ve satılamaz.
Oyunda gerçek para veya gerçek ödül kazanma imkânı yoktur. Oyun bir şans veya bahis oyunu değildir ve bu amaçla kullanılamaz. Sanal birimlerin oyun dışında alım satımı Topluluk Kurallarının ihlalidir ve hesabın kapatılmasıyla sonuçlanabilir.
4. Uygulama İçi Satın Alımlar
Oyun ücretsizdir. Ek içerik ve oyun içi sanal birimler için isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın alım yapılabilir. Satın alımlar Apple App Store üzerinden gerçekleşir; ödeme, fatura ve iade işlemlerinde App Store kuralları geçerlidir.
Satın alınan sanal birimler, Oyun içinde kullanılmak üzere sınırlı, devredilemez ve iptal edilebilir bir lisans kapsamında sunulur; gerçek paraya iade edilmez. Hesap kapatma, hesabın kullanıcı tarafından silinmesi veya kural ihlali nedeniyle uygulanan yaptırımlar halinde sanal birimler için para iadesi yapılmaz.
5. Hesap ve Topluluk Kuralları
Hesabınızın ve giriş bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Birden fazla hesap kullanmak, bot veya hile yazılımı kullanmak, sanal birim ticareti yapmak, diğer oyuncuları taciz etmek ve Topluluk Kurallarında sayılan diğer ihlaller hesabın askıya alınması veya kapatılmasıyla sonuçlanabilir. 6. Fikri Mülkiyet
Oyun, yazılımı, görselleri, markaları ve tüm içeriği Kokteyl'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Oyun kopyalanamaz, değiştirilemez, tersine mühendislik yapılamaz, kiralanamaz ve ticari amaçla kullanılamaz. Kullanıcıya yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı bir lisans verilir.
7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Oyun "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Kokteyl, Oyunun kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağını garanti etmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde Kokteyl, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
8. Değişiklikler ve Fesih
Kokteyl bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebilir; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yayım tarihinden itibaren geçerlidir. Kokteyl, kurallara aykırılık halinde veya makul gerekçeyle hizmeti kısmen ya da tamamen sonlandırabilir. Kullanıcı, Oyunu silerek ve hesabını kapatarak sözleşmeyi her zaman sona erdirebilir.
9. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Anadolu) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici işlemlerinde tüketicinin yerleşim yerindeki tüketici hakem heyetleri ve mahkemelerinin yetkisi saklıdır.

1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the mobile game 101 Okey Canlı - Online Yüzbir (the "Game") provided by Kokteyl Bilgi Teknolojisi Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Kokteyl"). By downloading, installing or using the Game you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Community Rules (https://www.kokteyl.com/policies/ybo_policy.html). If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.
2. Age Requirement
The Game is intended for adult users. If you are under 18 you may use the Game only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Users under 13 may not use the Game. The App Store age rating describes the content of the Game; this clause defines the audience the service is offered to.
3. Nature of the Game: No Real Money
The Game is a skill-based social entertainment game. Chips, gold, gems, points and similar units used in the Game are in-game virtual items only; they have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services, and cannot be transferred or sold between users.
There is no opportunity to win real money or real prizes in the Game. The Game is not a game of chance or betting and may not be used for such purposes. Trading virtual items outside the Game violates the Community Rules and may result in account termination.
4. In-App Purchases
The Game is free to play. Optional in-app purchases are available for additional content and in-game virtual items. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store; App Store rules apply to payment, invoicing and refunds.
Purchased virtual items are provided under a limited, non-transferable and revocable licence for use within the Game and are not refundable in real money. No refund is made for virtual items in case of account closure, deletion of the account by the user, or sanctions applied for rule violations.
5. Accounts and Community Rules
You are responsible for the security of your account and login details. Using multiple accounts, bots or cheating software, trading virtual items, harassing other players and other violations listed in the Community Rules may result in suspension or termination of the account. 6. Intellectual Property
The Game, its software, artwork, trademarks and all content belong to Kokteyl or its licensors. The Game may not be copied, modified, reverse engineered, rented or used for commercial purposes. You are granted only a limited licence for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". Kokteyl does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kokteyl is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Changes and Termination
Kokteyl may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page and takes effect on publication. Kokteyl may terminate the service in whole or in part in case of violations or for reasonable cause. You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the Game and closing your account.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anatolian side) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and courts at the consumer's place of residence.
